‘MEMORIES of the FUTURE’ – The Analogue meets Digital Pop-up Project – Nottingham, UK – 8th – 12th October 2013 – The Corner, 8 Stoney Street, NG1 1LH
MEMORIES of the FUTURE was a pop-up shop and multi-media festival exploring the relationship between traditional analogue formats & the digital revolution within the independent creative sector featuring –
- A shop & exhibition space for music, photography, books, zines & graphic novels
- A mini 2 seat cinema for moving image work (fiction, docs, music videos & more)
- Analogue & digital workshops
- Live performances
- Pro-active chat
The aim was to explore how we can still use & treasure traditional artistic formats whilst also embracing the advantages of digital for the DIY community.

The pop-up project was be based at The Corner on Stoney Street in Nottingham. We also be held a few events at sister venues – Screen 22, The Music Exchange & Stuck on a Name Studios in Sneinton.
